Excellent deep tissue massage with Andrea. He took time at the beginning to do a short emotional and body awareness check-in, which was unexpected but really valuable. He clearly has a deep understanding of the body and worked through my tension with very precise, effective technique. It was intense at times, but exactly what you want from proper deep tissue work. I train a lot and this was one of the most effective massages I’ve had. Highly recommended.
